Subject: Sam Day 2 / Altercation at the Lucky lab

Only got to one "joint" this afternoon ...The Lucky Lab. Everything was going OK till a disagreement arose over the "best" bird dog. Pointers versus flushers. Of course, I took the flushers. Turned into a real donny-brook and Sam was covering my rear when somebody threw an ashtray. What's a brew-pup doing with ashtrays these days I wondered ---- smoking in buildings has been agin the law for over a year now. Anhywho, the flying atray caught him on the upper lip. No real damage that ya can see from outside.


He's napping at the moment ....too much excitement I think. I'm next on the napping circuit.
